Walter Katz moved to approve the minutes. Bob Ross seconded the motion. There were no objections. ------------- New Discussion: New DC_Offset BIRD draft from Fangyi: Fangyi Rao showed draft4 of BIRD197.4. He reviewed the changes that had been made. Based on a suggestion from Arpad Muranyi, an unecessary paragraph was removed. Arpad felt that a clause containing the word "from" in a sentence did not make a strong statement. We looked at the previous version of the sentence. Randy Wolff suggested replacing "responsible for determining" with "expected to output". This was done. A different sentence arrangement was used and it also specified that the output was to be NRZ_THreshold. Randy found a linefeed problem and that was corrected. Randy Wolff moved to submit the draft to the Open Forum as BIRD197.4 Fangyi Rao seconded. There were no objections. It would not be posted to the ATM web page. Arpad reviewed possible other topics to discuss. Walter Katz moved to adjourn. Fangyi Rao seconded. Without objection the meeting adjourned. ------------- Next meeting: 30 July 2019 12:00pm PT ------------- IBIS Interconnect SPICE Wish List: 1) Simulator directives
